Suffolk police are searching for a second suspect in a stabbing attack in Ridge.
The incident happened around 5 p.m. Wednesday. Police say two men were robbing a third man with a knife and a gun. During the robbery, both the victim and another suspect were stabbed. The victim was taken to a hospital and treated for injuries not considered life-threatening.
William Hayes has lived in the complex for 24 years. He says it's a quiet neighborhood and was shocked to see several police cars and yellow tape surrounding part of the complex.
"I saw blood on the sidewalk when I went to see one of my friends," says Hayes. "Blood drips on the sidewalk. It was a mess."
