Police say a homeless man is in critical condition after being struck in a hit-and-run accident in Coram Wednesday.
The unidentified victim was walking down Mill Road near Dryden Avenue and David Overton Road.
Officials say a sedan struck the man and sped away north on Mill Road.
The victim remains hospitalized in critical condition.
