yesterdayPolice say an arrest has been made months after a fatal shooting in Hempstead.
According to police, Oumar Barry and a 16-year-old boy shot two women in April.
News 12 has been told one of the victims, Kimberly Midgette, died from her injuries.
The other unidentified victim survived.
Officers say Shot Spotter alerted them to the gunfire on Polk Avenue where they found the two victims.
Barry and the teen are both facing murder charges and are set to be arraigned later today.
