Police: Fugitives from Pennsylvania arrested after leading officers on chase through Nassau
Police say it started around 8 p.m. when officers pulled over a U-Haul on the Southern State Parkway near the Wantagh Parkway exit.

Two fugitives from Pennsylvania were arrested Tuesday after police say they led officers on a chase throughout Nassau County.
Police say it started around 8 p.m. when officers pulled over a U-Haul on the Southern State Parkway near the Wantagh Parkway exit.
The truck sped off before hitting a car on Merrick Avenue at North Jerusalem Road in North Merrick before stopping on Benjamin Avenue.
The people in the car that was hit were left with broken ribs.
