A Freeport woman was arrested for allegedly striking a police car intentionally on Saturday.
Police say Gabrielle Revere, 24, had a confrontation with officers near their Freeport headquarters around 9 p.m.
They say she took off from that location and officers spotted her driving erratically and then deliberately hitting a police vehicle, causing minor injuries.
Officials say Revere then began driving in the wrong direction and hit another parked car that sparked a chase on Sunrise Highway, where they say she hit two more cars.
A total of three adults and two children were sent to the hospital as a result of the incidents.
Revere was taken into custody and faces a number of charges including assault.
She is set to be arraigned today.
