Police: 5 injured in multivehicle crash on LIE in North Hills

The eastbound side of the Long Island Expressway near Exit 34 has reopened following a multivehicle accident.
Nassau police say the crash happened on the LIE in North Hills.
Police now say five people were injured across four vehicles that were involved. All of the injuries are considered minor.
Police say a helicopter was called to the scene for hospital transport. They also said an overturned vehicle was involved.
No criminality is involved in the crash, according to police.
