The owner of Oheka Castle in Huntington has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

According to court documents, the property owes $63 million to creditors.

The documents say the property has no cash and $57 in a checking account, but also $92 million in assets.

The historic castle is a popular wedding venue, restaurant and hotel.

It is also used in movies and music videos.

In a statement to the court, the owner says he is seeking bankruptcy to make sure the value of the property is maximized instead of being sold at public auction.
