Police say a Hunter ambulance was involved in a deadly crash on the Southern State Parkway Wednesday afternoon.
The crash occurred on the eastbound side of the parkway, at Exit 18 in Lakeview.
State police say the ambulance driver and a passenger in the back of the vehicle were killed when the ambulance hit the Eagle Avenue overpass around noon.
An EMT in the back of the ambulance suffered a broken leg and a concussion.
