A cab driver was assaulted early Wednesday morning at a Mastic gas station, detectives say.
They say the driver was assaulted in the parking lot of an Exxon gas station on Montauk Highway around 1 a.m.
The victim, 52, was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital with serious injuries.
