2ds agoPolice say a Brooklyn woman is accused of assaulting an officer in Oyster Bay Saturday night.
They say officers responded to Cooper Bluff Waterfront to help an acquaintance of the suspect, who was injured.
Police say Celeste Rodriguez became irate and violent, and punched, kicked and bit one of the officers.
He was treated at a local hospital. Rodriguez is set to face a judge Sunday.
