Police: 3 children from Bay Shore killed in Florida collision
Two children and a teenager from the South Shore were killed a car crash in Florida.
Florida Highway Patrol say six people from Bay Shore were in a car traveling on I-95 Saturday morning near the Georgia state line.
That’s when a car suddenly slowed or stopped on a bridge, causing the SUV to crash into the back of the car, police say.
The passengers ages 10, 12 and 14, died, officials say. The 24-year-old driver of the car is in serious condition, while other passengers, ages 14 and 47, are in critical condition.
The driver of the SUV suffered minor injuries.
