When a store employee attempted to stop him, he punched him in the head several times.
Authorities say 18-year-old Margarita Bournias, of Syosset, entered the store and became involved in the altercation. She pushed the worker and threw a coffee mug at his head.
The two suspects proceeded to flee, but police say they were arrested after returning to the scene a short time later.
