Man wanted for attempting to set West Hempstead gym ablaze

Police say two men have been arrested after police say they were recklessly on ATVs in Lindenhurst.

According to police, they were called to Route 110 in East Farmingdale on Sunday.

When officers tried to pull the group over, they all fled.

They then continued to ride through Amityville, Copiague and Lindenhurst.

Eventually, two vehicles were stopped on Sunrise Highway.

Kevin Gomez Cruz, 22, and Fernando Acuna Suazo, 19, were both placed under arrest.  

Officers determined that Suazo was riding a dirt bike that was stolen in Massachusetts.
