25ds agoA man was killed in a single-vehicle crash that left another man critically injured Tuesday in Stony Brook, police say.
A sanitation worker call 911 after 7 a.m. when he observed an overturned 2004 GMS that struck a tree on Stony Brook Road.
The men were found unconscious inside and were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital.
Patrick Kelly, 19, of St. James, pronounced dead at the hospital.
The other man, who has not been identified, is in critical condition.
