An 18-year-old is behind bars after allegedly putting a camera inside a Bay Shore High School bathroom.
Police say Daniel Garcia illegally recorded at least two students before the device was found on Nov. 17.
News 12 is told Garcia is graduate of Bay Shore High School and was volunteering with the drama club at the time.
He is charged with unlawful surveillance.
Garcia is expected to face a judge on Thursday.
