Police say 15-year-old Kayla Graith, of Ronkonkoma, was crossing Ocean Avenue when she was hit by a Honda Civic Thursday around 6 p.m.

Police say 15-year-old Kayla Graith, of Ronkonkoma, was crossing Ocean Avenue when she was hit by a Honda Civic Thursday around 6 p.m.
The girl suffered serious injuries.
News 12 has been told the driver of the car stayed at the scene.
