Paws and Pals: Troy will be your biggest fan

Troy is 90 pounds of fun and friendship who is both relaxed and full of energy.

Volunteers at St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center describe the 3-year-old as goofy and well-behaved. He's also one of the center's friendliest dogs.

"He's a fan of everyone he meets, whether you're a toddler, a senior or anyone in between," said Diane Ashton, director of media relations for St. Hubert's.

Troy is well-mannered and does well walking on a harness. He's able to follow a few basic commands and follows direction well. Ashton said he's also great with people and other animals.

"He’s super friendly, loves to play, and would thrive with a doggy buddy who can keep up with his energy. He may even be okay with cats — talk about versatility," she said.
