Paraglider gets tangled in power lines at Mount Sinai's Cedar Beach

The paraglider went down and became tangled in power lines, but officials say the lines were non-energized.

A paraglider made a crash-landing in Suffolk on Saturday.
It happened at Cedar Beach in Mount Sinai. The paraglider went down and became tangled in power lines, but officials say the lines were non-energized.
The 60-year-old Patchogue man who was piloting the craft was not injured. He had taken off from the beach.
The FAA and PSEG were responding to the scene.
