Orange County is blaming a severe staffing shortage at its nursing home in Goshen due on the recent vaccine mandate.
So far, it's not clear how the shortage is affecting operations or patients.
County officials say they've contacted the state's Surge and Flex Operations Center for help but have not received a response.
News 12 also reached out to the state Department of Health but has not yet heard back.
