It's a huge day in New York's rebirth and resurgence 13 years after the 9/11 attacks as One World Trade Center officially opens for business.
Publishing giant Conde Nast has begun moving into the 1,776-foot-tall skyscraper. Conde Nast's 2,300 employees will spread among 24 floors.
One WTC is the tallest building in the country. The Port Authority owns the World Trade Center site and calls the tower "the most secure office building in America."
The 104-story tower has a three-floor observatory set to open this spring.
The official building opening ceremony is expected later this month.
