A surfing event for children and adults on the autism spectrum was held Tuesday at Ponquogue Beach.
The nonprofit groups Luv Michael and Surfers Healing teamed up to help provide a fun and sensory relief experience for the attendees.
The event is in its second year and featured professional surfers who shared “one perfect day” with 150 people who have disabilities.
