There have been a few minor changes to the forecast since yesterday that could affect Halloween plans on Friday. A disorganized storm will bring clouds and a chance for showers Wednesday through Friday. As of this morning, the model guidance is trending toward the worst rain arriving on Thursday afternoon and lingering through at least Friday morning. Yesterday's forecast guidance cleared the storm out in time for Halloween, but now the storm is trending slower which means showers could linger for Halloween. The worst rain still appears to arrive Thursday evening and overnight with the potential for 1 inch of rain in spots.
The other noteworthy part of this forecast is the chill! Temperatures are almost entirely in the 50s for highs. This is several degrees below the average high of 60F. Temperatures for the first half of November is trending cooler than average with no warmups in sight. Here is a breakdown of the forecast for the next few days.
