At least one person was rushed to the hospital after a two-car crash in North Merrick Sunday.

First responders were called to the corner of Jerusalem and Merrick Avenue at around 7:45 p.m.

The fire chief tells News 12 several people were hurt and one person suffered critical injuries.

It's not clear what caused the crash.
