yesterdayA Huntington Station man who was found guilty of fatally stabbing a friend and attempting to kill the victim’s wife has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Prosecutors say Candelario Cordova, 50, admitted to manslaughter in May for stabbing his friend following a fight in February 2023.
He also pleaded guilty to trying to kill the friend’s wife, who was hurt when she tried to intervene.
