Citizen App video shows the scene at Chauncey Street and Malcolm X Boulevard just after 7 p.m.
The teen was taken to a hospital. He is expected to be OK. The woman went to the hospital on her own and she’s also expected to be OK.
Police say there are no arrests at this time.
