Playgrounds in North Hempstead have temporarily closed.
This includes basketball courts, tennis courts and dog parks.

North Hempstead says all other town parks will remain open for passive use by residents.
Town Supervisor Judy Bosworth says these closures are necessary to follow CDC guidelines.
