A North Dakota mom will hand out warnings, not candy to overweight kids this Halloween.
A woman only identified as Cheryl called the North Dakota radio station to explain her plan.
The woman says she will hand a warning letter to overweight kids who come to her house, asking their parents to "ration" their child's candy.
Some Long Islanders have reacted to the move and say it is a bit harsh and she's probably going "a little too far."
