A North Bellport woman is accused of starving her pitbull.
The Suffolk SPCA says 5-year-old Jackson is severely underweight and is suffering from a skin condition.
His owner, Paige Warner, is accused of failing to get Jackson proper veterinary care.
Warner is facing animal cruelty charges.
Jackson is currently recovering at an emergency animal hospital.
