Three former Oyster Bay Town officials, including the town's former supervisor, are reportedly being indicted on corruption charges.

According to Newsday, a special grand jury will indict the officials following a monthslong investigation by the Nassau district attorney.

The indictment scheduled to be unsealed tomorrow reportedly names former Town Supervisor John Venditto, as well as former Town Public Works Commissioner Frank Antetomaso and former Planning and Development Commissioner Fred Ippolito, who died in prison earlier this month.

The indictment also names Old Bethpage-based paving company Carlo Lizza & Sons Paving, a contractor that received at least $100 million in paving projects since 2002.

Venditto stepped down at the beginning of the year after being charged in a separate federal corruption indictment. In that case, prosecutors say Venditto and Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano were taking bribes from a restaurant owner on Long Island.
