In a recent News 12/Hofstra poll, Long Island residents were asked how they would rate the job Andrew Cuomo is doing as governor.
Nearly 35 percent said he was doing a "fair job." Over 32 percent said he was doing a "good job."
A total of 15 percent said the governor was doing a "poor job."
Only 9 percent said he was doing an excellent job.
According to latest polls, Gov. Cuomo has a substantial lead over Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino.
