Here are the latest results from some of the local leadership races in the Hudson Valley:
Rye City Council
  • Democrat James Ward won with 59% of the vote, while Republican Rick McCabe received 41% despite withdrawing from the race due to illness.
Mount Kisco
  • Democrats Karen Schleimer and Thomas Luzio took the two village council seats.
  • Mark Farrell won the race for town justice unopposed.
Rockland County
  • Democrat Mark Licker leads the race for Clarkstown Town Council by 111 votes over Republican Jon Valentino.
  • Republican Daniel Sullivan leads Democrat Chrissy Knapp by over 1,400 votes in the Orangetown Town Council race.
