Nassau officials have announced that residents have another 60 days to file a grievance for their property tax assessment, officials say.
Instead of March 1, the new deadline is April 30.
The county extended the window to help residents who may be struggling during the pandemic and couldn't file yet.
Tentative assessed property values for the 2022-2023 assessment roll are being mailed out later this month.
