A Baldwin woman has pleaded guilty to driving drunk, speeding and killing a 66-year-old man.
According to prosecutors, Jinaraya Khan was driving 96 mph on Grand Avenue when she hit Scott Freeman’s car last May. The speed limit was 35.
Prosecutors say Khan’s blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit.
Khan told police she had only one drink and was running late for work.
Khan faces up to 18 years in prison.
