Nassau County says it is working to make COVID-19 vaccine accessibility easier for seniors.

Nassau County officials will call for a universal pre-registration program today.

The program will allow people eligible for the vaccine to fill out the necessary paperwork in advance, then get notified when an appointment is available.

Officials say the program would end the confusion and frustration for Long Island seniors who are still struggling to find an appointment.
