Two women who say they were seriously injured in the deadly Deer Park nail salon crash are suing the alleged drunk driver and the liquor store accused of selling him alcohol prior to the incident.

Ana and Carol Garcia’s lawsuit alleges that the suspect, Steven Schwally, was careless and negligent.

The mother and daughter also blame the liquor store for selling to a “visibly intoxicated patron.”

A similar lawsuit was also filed by a third victim last week.

Schwally stands accused of driving drunk and crashing his minivan into Hawaii Nail & Spa on June 28.

Police say four people were killed, and nine others were injured during the crash.

The suspect faces four counts of second-degree murder charges, according to authorities.
