Police are searching for the man they say tried to burglarize a home in Bayville.

Police say the man was seen on surveillance video trying to get inside a home on Creek Ridge Road.

News 12 has been told the homeowner immediately called 911.

The man is described as a 40- to 50-year-old man with a ponytail and a goatee.
