A missing 4-year-old girl with Down Syndrome from the Bronx has been found safe after an Amber Alert was issued earlier today.
Authorities say Mia Olarte's biological mother, Dora Estella Olarte, took her during a foster care visit. Olarte does not have custody of the little girl.
According to police and her foster mother, Mia requires medication. She was taken to a Queens hospital for evaluation.
