A Roosevelt man convicted of murdering his girlfriend's mother was sentenced to life in prison without parole this morning.
Prosecutors say in September of 2013, Antonio Christian beat Saundra Simonee with a hammer in her East Norwich home. Christian then dumped the woman's body in Bay Shore. 
Police say the day after the murder, the 28-year-old used the woman's money to buy a Playstation.
