The man accused of a botched holdup at Roosevelt Field just before Christmas has been indicted.
Oliver Lee, of Little Neck, is accused of trying to rob the Tourneau Watch store at the mall while it was filled with holiday shoppers.
According to police, Lee's gun went off as he struggled with a security guard and a mall employee was shot in the shoulder.
Lee's lawyer tells Newsday he has been indicted, but the charges will not be revealed until the indictment is unsealed.
