The man accused of a gruesome murder in Glen Cove was arraigned on Saturday. Evan Marshall, 31, is accused of killing and dismembering his 57-year-old neighbor, Denise Fox. Her relatives expressed sorrow and grief. Her niece said Fox was an amazing wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend and human being. The police say the crime has sexual overtones that are being investigated. Police sources say a mannequin with its head detached was also found in Marshall?s home, along with sadomasochistic videos and pictures. Marshall is being held without bail.
