Westbury man accused of forcibly touching woman sitting in parked car

A man was arrested for allegedly forcibly touching a woman in Westbury Saturday night.
A woman was sitting in her parked vehicle around 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and S Grand Street when the man opened her car door and touched her before fleeing on foot, police say.
After a thorough investigation, Mohammed Karimzada, 53, of Westbury, was located and arrested.
Detectives tell News 12 the 22-year-old victim had her daughter inside the vehicle at the time of the incident.
Further investigation revealed Karimzada was previously convicted for multiple sex offenses, according to Nassau police.

He pleaded not guilty to charges of forcible touching, persistent sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child and was remanded without bail at his arraignment on Sunday.
