An accused drunken driver will be tried for murder for the first time in 14 years, according to officials.
Police say Michael Grasing, of Babylon, had a blood alcohol level almost four times the legal limit when he hit a car and killed 18-year-old Brittney Walsh.
Prosecutors say Grasing was driving 100 mph on Montauk Highway two years ago, when he killed the Lindenhurst High School graduate.
