An upstate man has been indicted for a hit-and-run crash that killed two Long Islanders.

State police say Luis Munoz was driving drunk when he crashed into Rafaelito DeJesus' motorcycle on the New York Thruway in upstate Woodbury about two weeks ago.

DeJesus, fom Valley Stream, and his passenger Melissa Rupa, of Mineola, died in the crash.

Police say Munoz took off after the crash.

According to police, Munoz had a blood alcohol level of .15 when they caught him shortly after.
