Local leaders join American Jewish Committee to discuss ways to combat antisemitism on LI

The AJC released a report of antisemitism in America, and it shows 41% of Jews feel less safe than they felt this time last year.

Local leaders and elected officials joined the American Jewish Committee this morning to talk about anti-Jewish hatred and how to combat it in Melville.
The group addressed the growing issue of antisemitism on Long Island.
The AJC released a report of antisemitism in America, and it shows 41% of Jews feel less safe than they felt this time last year. In addition, 40% of Jews are changing their behavior due to the recent uptick.
The AJC says bringing together officials will show that antisemitism has no place on Long Island.
