The Long Island Rail Road says track work on the Main Line Expansion Project is resulting in some timetable changes.

Starting Monday, several morning trains on the Ronkonkoma line will be leaving a few minutes earlier.

This also affects one morning train headed to Greenport.

Weekday afternoon trains on the Ronkonkoma branch will also have adjusted arrival and departure times.

The improvements include track resurfacing and station renovation.
