Long Island Rail Road President Phil Eng announced that the railroad's on-time performance rose to a three-year high in 2019.
Eng says it rose two percentage points to 92.4% last year.
The report says there were 44% fewer train cancellations and terminations and 29% fewer trains recorded as 15 minutes or more late.
