A young mother who grew up on Long Island was found dead in a park in the Bronx.
Ashley McDuffie's body was found Friday in Seton Falls Park after she had been reported missing.
Police say her boyfriend, Jason Meyers, confessed to strangling the 27-year-old and then dumping her remains
McDuffie's Facebook page says she is originally from Inwood and graduated from Lawrence High School.
Meyers is due to be arraigned in court on Monday.
