Police say a Long Island doctor already convicted of rape is now accused of tampering with the jury that was deliberating his trial.
Marshall Hubsher, 67, of Sands Point, was arraigned today.
Prosecutors say in March, Hubsher dressed up in a disguise and posted fake jury instructions to the doors and tables of jury rooms.
The jury convicted Hubsher of raping a former patient of his.
Hubsher was also previously arrested for illegally selling prescriptions for drugs like Xanax and Adderall.
