A Long Island company is playing a key role in preventing the spread of the Ebola virus.
Newsday reports that Ronkonkoma-based Bio Recovery Corp. is in charge of disinfecting Dr. Craig Spencer's West Harlem apartment.
Spencer tested positive for the Ebola virus following his return to the U.S. after treating Ebola victims in Guinea.
Cleaners removed used linens and clothing. Biohazard teams also sanitized the Brooklyn bowling alley where Spencer played a few frames.
Officials say Spencer is in "relatively stable" condition.
