A Levittown man is accused of breaking into the homes of his ex-girlfriend and his ex-wife and subsequently attacking them.
Police say Rory Walsh went to his ex-girlfriend's house on Elm Drive in Levittown around 1:30 a.m. Sunday. They say the two got into a fight, and Walsh grabbed her hair and choked her. He also allegedly attempted to take her car.
About 30 minutes later, police say Walsh broke the window of his ex-wife's home in Massapequa and pushed her during a fight.
Officials say Walsh's nephew, Joseph Cappa, drove him to his ex-wife's home.
Both Cappa and Walsh are now facing charges.
